Poor service. A woman called Britt is extremely rude has 0 customer service skills, very unfriendly atmosphere created from her amongst others who were polite. Having a job that is constantly facing the public id think she’d have a more approachable attitude and basic customer service etiquette

Short girl with cartoon tattoo on arm was very rude and didn’t make good food , rushed whole order , headphones in no gloves , also smelled bad . Worst subway uk

I went in to subway today on 11 of may at 4 pm and a lady called Britt was very rude said she needed to clean the area so we had to leave even though the shop closes at 6
