SAT 4th JAN 2025 @ 2pm.
The young blonde lady who I was told was the manager is extremely rude. Definitely one of the worst Subways I've been to.There was barely any cheese on my Nachos, compared to my son who had the normal amount done by another member of staff. (I have this often) She bluntly told me she put 4 scoops on, but there was barely any. After a heated exchange, she just walked off and sharply told another member of staff to put more cheese on. If she can talk to customers like this, I dread to think how the staff are treated. I will be talking this further. I don't appreciate being shown up like this in front of everyone. If she was having a bad day, she certainly ruined mine.

We came in to order a sub on the 4th Sept in the evening. The man who was serving us was really rude, no sense of customer service at all. He also didn?t stick to the portion of protein to be added, he gave us half of what usually gets added (we ordered a footlong subway) and was rushing to add our veggies and sauces, gave us no time to decide which was annoying.
Even while paying, the member of staff (male) was acting very mean and did not even bother to attend to us properly. I?m very shocked with this form of service - it needs to be addressed. This makes me NOT want to buy subway ever again.

Was please with my visit here today, place needed clean down, tables dirty, food on floor, five members of staff in store and one serving. Price of subs also getting to expensive for value for money.

Tables were very dirty, two workers just stood around talking for 10 minutes. Kids came in with cinema cup took free drinks from soda machine and started throwing ice everywhere as the staff just watched. Very poor wouldn?t recommend

Waited over 10mins to be served. People's orders on the counter open without being wrapped up ready for collection. My daughter had a meatball ftlong and there was another meatball in the tray I questioned it and she said she had put one too many in so she would reuse it for the next order I explained it couldn't be reheated again and she said she could as she was preparing it. Staff had rubbish customer service. I asked for no peppers or onion and she picked up the peppers then put them back but continued to do my sandwich if that had of been my daughters then the meal would of had to be done again as she is allergic to peppers. The eating court was dirty tables hadn't been wiped. Won't be coming again

Went to this subway after saying I did not want peppers or onion she gave me both then took them off , she put sauce on after I said toast it , my second sandwich was a meatball footlong and I queried the meatballs left in the tub she said they put more than they need and then reheat it up for the next person , I challenged and said you can not reheat the pork she responded and said yes I can . While we was waiting another order was sat on the counter waiting to be finished off not good enough will not be returning to this sub way or at least the Nottingham corner house .

Ordered a meal deal, explained I was allergic to sweetcorn so when she put it on my sub instead of redoing it she picked the sweetcorn off, then they didn't give me my crisps or cookie. TerribleDietary restrictions: They pick your allergens off

Orders on Deliveroo are awful. Items constantly missing. Decided to give them another go in the hope things had improved but no! Ordered a tuna and cheese salad which came without any tuna and cheese whatsoever!!! They also consider a portion of olives and jalepenos to be 2 of each. That is not a portion.
