Waited in the queue for over 40 minutes. No acknowledgement from staff on their in person customers. Please check the cameras you will see the queue pull up chairs and just sit down to wait. Or the manager in the office just watching their staff on the cameras get busy and do nothing? 5 mins to make a sandwich for the in person customers isn?t that deep.

Today I visited the store in stapleford, Nottingham for a salad for my wife. Time taken with 3 people in front of me was over 30minutes. For a single salad in what seemed like a quite store.
Whilst waiting on the que, 3 online orders came through and was prioritised over the customers in store. 2 staff was working hard however the customer facing was laughable

Terrible service food was horrible staff was too busy talking instead of serving and we was the only people in there, dirty inside the toilets are always locked wouldn't use again really gone down hill.

Nipped in on Saturday lunchtime and was very happily greeted with a smile by staff asking for my order, staff were brilliant and I would have given them a tip but they do not have a tip cup so here is my 5star review instead. Very pleased with the food, price and customer service! Thanks team!!

My local subway in Stapleford. Shares a car park with other shops so getting parking can be an issue at peak times - but you usually do get one. There is a cash point close by as well. Offers the usual menu and staff are friendly and efficient. Be warned can get busy at lunchtimes and school holidays. Seating is available opposite the counter but the last table isn?t useable as it?s usually close to the queue.
