Waited in the queue for over 40 minutes. No acknowledgement from staff on their in person customers. Please check the cameras you will see the queue pull up chairs and just sit down to wait. Today I visited the store in stapleford, Nottingham for a salad for my wife. Time taken with 3 people in front of me was over 30minutes. For a single salad in what seemed like a quite store.
Whilst waiting on the que, 3 online orders came through and was prioritised over the customers in store. 2 staff was working... read full comment

Terrible service food was horrible staff was too busy talking instead of serving and we was the only people in there, dirty inside the toilets are always locked wouldn't use again really gone down hill.
