Ordered a sandwich just with grated cheese. The portion was tiny so had to pay for extra cheese. Even that was a poor portion. This subway at Lady Bay in Nottingham has really gone down hill - not sure what the problem is with the portion control but they?ve gone too far. Will not be back.

We were served by one of the nicest guys ever.
His name was Jordan and he gave us a brilliant service.
The place was very clean and the service with the smile goes a long way.

This is the cleanest Subway I've ever been in. Absolutely spotless , the three staff members who were working were all very good and the chap who made my sandwich (pictured) made the best subway I've had . It was a work of art and he took care in making it . The taste was great

Just purchased a veggie patty. Told staff wanted it toasted and didn?t listen. Even when I went to pay nothing was done to rectify to change the issue. Poor customer service. Unbothered attitude.

Very poor customer service.. me and my husband love subway but unfortunately this experience ruined it for us today. We visited this particular outlet for the first time today unfortunately were not allowed to sit in because they didn't want to do any cleaning.. didn't make any sense because it was around 6.30 pm and they close at 8pm.
But, we respected it and ended up taking a 'take away' because we were absolutely hungry.. we sat in our car and finised our meal while the employes stood there chatting (1 female and 1 male employee) anyway, we will never go there again.

Me and my wife came to this subway restaurant today at 6:36 pm
As soon as we entered in the restaurant, both of the staff members behind the counter, very rudely said it is collection only takeaway only
We ask why they said because we have already cleaned the floor and we are not going to clean it again
On requesting the closing time, they said it?s 8 pm, because you are going to make mess that is the reason we have asked you to take away the food
We came here on a Valentine date on a special location today. Now we are ended up eating in the car.
Your employees are rejecting orders for their own benefit of not cleaning the floor again
This is a very bad customer service and we are never going to come to Subway again
This is very unprofessional. You guys are refusing customers to sit and eat in the restaurant, two hours before closing.
I am going to report to ombudsman as well about this bad experience. I have faced today with my wife.
These employees should be fired straight away.

I haven't been to Subway for years but I was pleasantly surprised with the steak cheese melt I had there. The lady serving was doing an admirable job of fielding orders and making food but I feel the wait could be quite long of you were behind a few people. It wouldn't be my first choice of lunch stop. But I would go again.

Had the nicest subway for a while here. Nice and hot, extra cheese, plenty of choices to choose from. The man who served us was brilliant, he made the stressful experience of ordering a subway very easy and non judgemental. Would visit again, no name on the receipt but we visited Sunday afternoon 1st of October.
