Was told I can’t choose my own salad. The salad my sandwich came with was fine but I would’ve preferred my usual that I would get at any other subway. They also have a homemade sign saying they don’t accept Scottish notes which I think is pretty unprofessional for a chain restaurant.

Visited during a Saturday afternoon as a break from sitting in my son's hospital room.
I love subway but my sandwich was awful.
It was incredibly dry, stale and tough to eat.
The staff were polite but not welcoming and sooooo slow.
I should mention there was nobody ahead of me, nobody sat in, just 2 people behind...

Asked for a hearty Italian 6 inch sub but they only gave the option of white or brown bread and the amount of meat they added was around 2 pieces each, there wasn’t enough cheese and they didn’t toast it properly, additionally they didn’t add any vegetables as the person was rude and didn’t give the option of adding...
