Really sad about this as I?ve always really liked this Subway. However, we ordered a couple of days ago and it came to £30. After waiting an hour for delivery, we received the wrong order. I called them up and asked them to sort it out, but apparently they had no record of our order, my name, my address and the order number! I asked how they managed to deliver the wrong order if they didn?t have my name and address but I was just laughed at and the guy was just plain rude.
If I could give no stars, I would and I will NEVER order from this Subway again!
Considering the reviews on here, it?s high time this Subway was either sorted out or closed down!

The worst experience with sharan, he litre gave the wrong order to the delivery guy which was mine and it was the last plant picante they had and then, literally had to have veggie delight pathetic no proper response by him kinda felt like rude, Literally don?t know what to say, wish i could give 0 stars

My review got removed? But the reply to my review called me pathetic. I waited in that queue for 45 mins- want proof bc I got called a liar, I got my life360 time stamp lol. No acknowledgement from the staff towards the growing queue. Managers please watch the cctv of me pulling up a chair better yet come out and help your staff when it?s busy. It takes 5 mins to make my sandwich it can?t be that difficult to come out and help them. Pathetic- call me it again please I want to hear what you?re going to say.

I ordered a meal deal for 2 when it arrived there was no pop and the bread was stale they argued that they toasted it and it was not didn't even taste like teriyaki tasted bland and when I rang to complain the female member of staff started to argue with me trying to justify her reason she was very rude and I will taking this to head office as there is so.many 1 star complaints and subway don't seem to have done anything about this even my dog turned its nose at it and it's not fit for human consumption!!!

If I could give them any lower than 1 star I would. This subway is the epitome of rock bottom and the workers lack professionalism and decorum. They would be better off hiring homeless people as their staff is shamelessly rude. The customer service is a 0/5, the worker disregarded me multiple times and ignored me throughout. I would never come back there even if they pay £1 million, this subway is FINISHED. Additionally, the food is lacking in several ways, the bread was dry and lacklustre and the meat was stale and fishy. If you care for your health, both mentally and physically please don?t go to this subway as they are anything but ?fresh?. The only thing fresh in there are the flies eating the salad xx

Went to order a tuna sub. There was clearly Tuna in the tub but they refused to serve it to me and said they were saving it for any delivery orders. I don?t appreciate being turned away as a paying customer in favour of delivery orders.

Sadaf and Aradhya were extremely professional, friendly and despite attempted robbery, they did their best to handle the difficult situation. At night, this place could do with a security guard for the safety of their employees and customers. All in all, the sandwiches were lovely and evenly filled, unlike their fridge!

woman that served me put on all wrong toppings at first and i had to correct her, told me the price would be £6.99 turned out to charge me £9, also no toilet paper or febreeze, toilets were filthy.

Such a lovely workers specially that lady who works in the morning, she very polite and basically does your order with love, this is the kind of people we need to see and actually makes us satisfied with the service.

Really appalling service.Waited in a queue for almost 30 minutes, when there were only 3 people infront of us.My daughter got locked in the toilet, because the latch wasn't working and she was too small to reach the high latch, it was a coded lock to gaim access so we had to wait for an employee to let her out. She is 5 years old and was worried.There were limited bread options available, and 3 slices of cheese (I was charged full price for this)When my son's sandwich was being made, the server stopped mid way, got his phone out his pocket and sent a message then put it back in his pocket while still wearing his gloves.We were over charged for drinks, and they said we could get another, but I wanted a refund as we had enough drinks.The tables were unclean and dirty.Very unsatisfied.

4 people in queue, but the staff took a really long time. There was a member of staff in Back, but didn't materialise until later. My daughter used the toilets, and because the lacks were too high, she could not get out. The staff member that we told didn't take the fact that my daughter was scared, to hurry up and open.It thencame around to us ordering. There was a sever lack.of any produce, meaning g that the long time we had to decide, meant that we then had to change. The bread was stale. The staff member went on their phone whilst making my sandwich. Then needed to help at till, so my previously heated sandwich was sat cooling off. Really dissatisfied with the service, the lack of choice, the speed, or lack of. The hygiene, safety....I noticed that the subway is next to student accommodation. So this isaybe why they are slack. But every Chain, no matter the location should provide the same high level service. Not impressed.

The 2 staff that was working there seemed either new staff or put out of their comfort zone as one of them charged me for extra chesse when I didn't ask for it they did give me extra cheese the one who did the meat on the sandwiches had to be reminded to change his gloves as my mum was

Whenever I visited this subway they don?t have jalapeños, I visited yesterday they doesn?t have olives, last to last week I went there they doesn?t have cheese. I don?t know how they run that franchise of subway.
