Avoid this Subway. I had food poisoning from this restaurant yesterday. Cost me a days work and I was violently ill. Id had nothing else to eat for since before lunch and had the sub around 17:30. The sickness and stomach cramps kicked after around six hours which fits for food poisoning. Staff were not changing gloves between handling food and the other surfaces. But it?s likely the food had been out too long or had gone off. Won?t be having a subway again!

Honestly amazed by how bad this place is. A 30 minute wait for a sandwich? They had no ingredients, and then said they could only make it on brown bread, even though they had other bread. No idea, apparently it's the rules, but only applies to this store. They also aren't allowed to put tomatoes on the sandwich, but can give them separately? Nothing makes sense! The tables are filthy, and the food tasted disgusting. Felt genuinely unwell after attempting to eat some of it, probably a mild bit of food poisoning. No idea how they can get something as simple as a sandwich so wrong, and it can be so awful compared to every other Subway store on the planet. Read the recent reviews which are all scathing, and avoid at all costs.
Vegetarian options: They had so few ingredients, and it tasted so awful, I'd avoid, veggie or otherwise.
Dietary restrictions: Don't eat this food, it's disgusting
Kid-friendliness: Taking your child here is child abuse.
Wheelchair accessibility: No

Awful customer service, the female manager was rude and unhelpful. The salad was not fresh, drinks were not cold. When questioned they said "well I'd drink it"

Racist aggressive staff, 'Go back to your own country', 9am Wednesday a white female employee aggressively approached my friend about moving his car from the parking space outside of the subway, which he had asked the subway the previous day about and they said they had no idea if it wasn't allowed. He had said no problem I will move my car but I had no idea because I asked the staff last night and they told me they didn't know. She was very argumentative and she said the staff were new and that we need to go right now, proceeded to tell us to 'go back to your own country'. we were obviously shocked and when we told the manager, a brown south asian man, he laughed it off and she said that she was of African decent and had a partner from another country so she wasn't racist. She escalated a situation that was very civil and we were not uncooperative or difficult to begin with, so this came from a place of genuine racism and hate. It is very disappointing that the 'manager' just laughed it off.

DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM HERE! They get your orders wrong and when my boyfriend called them all they said was ?sorry brother? no reimbursement, manager simply didn?t care, they blamed it on ?new staff? - maybe train them better then!! How hard is it to follow an order and make the sandwich correctly? Do yourself a favour and avoid this place!

Ordered from here, they mixed our orders up so wrong filling in wrong bread, one was toasted and the other not, missing crisps. Rang store and all he has to say was ?sorry brother?, no offer of voucher or reimbursement or anything, just claimed it was because new staff had started. Terrible customer service and food quality.

There's a worker in there with a neck tattoo who is so passive aggressive when all I wanted was a sub, put so little ingredients on my sandwich, wrapped it up and put it to cook which meant some of the cheese was not even melted properly. I was happy with the food but the service was lacking

Ordered on Uber and the amount of salt they put on the sub was just unreal. Was inedible and had to chuck. This obviously wasn?t a mistake becuase no one puts on that much salt. What a disgrace!!!!

Just another subway? nice and cosy due to the small size of the shop.The only annoyance about this place is how much construction ? work is going on around the building. This has been going on for years now and is still going on.Subway is located next door to a student accommodation high rise.

Part of my Nottingham cafe review seriesThe coffee is so mid. Like not great but not terrible. A bit burnt? It's made by one of those machines that automatically does it so I don't blame the underpaid workers. Good scran . Would be 4 stars but the vibes were off
