Employing at a least few staff that can speak English would help! Rude, stood yapping in their own language leaving me stood like a lemon. Didn?t even acknowledge I was there.!The place is filthy and they had no bread.

I am sad with the front manager?s attitude. I asked few questions and he told me to look in the menu and went. Same when I asked what meat was it.

?NO CARE FOR ALLERGY INDIVIDUALS?
I came into the store on the 29/08/2024, stated to the individual serving me I have a dairy allergy.
They proceeded to make my sandwich and then make another sandwich (which I assume was for pickup) behind mine, which had dairy on it - they then touched the dairy sandwich, put it in the toaster machine and then touched mine and shoved it next to it after I explicitly told them I had an allergy and they just shoved me off and proceeded to deal with my toppings.
I ate this sandwich and had a reaction causing me a migraine and a rash. When emailing the store regarding this they say ?thank you for the feedback, hope you come back soon?
Definitely not coming back, no care regarding allergies at all, especially when a little girl died the other week regarding issues like this.

4 staff were unable to serve a queue of 4 people for 30 minutes due to incompetence and prioritisation of online orders!! I eventually gave up and left!

Helpful staff. Tasty subway. Parking outside. Would have been nice to have had an offer on my ap. But no complaints. Chicken nachos were good.

Rude staff members! I came in with my little girl and I was giving her homemade sandwich and one of the staff members told me that I can?t eat anything that?s brought out of subway in the restaurant! I left straight away and she was screaming at us

Staff are unhygienic, didnt wear gloves and was coughing over the till, wasnt greeting or recognised for 5 mins while in the store even though I was the only on to order, the 2 girls were just talking.

Very bad customer service and rude staff. Apparently we have even ask for the offer that's displayed on the front of the shop in order for it to be added when ashed if they could change it they refused it.

I don?t usually leave bad reviews as i also work in hospitality and understand having bad days - however when i ordered £30 worth of food from Deliveroo and not a single item was made correctly, the wrong sandwiches were toasted, missing half of the ingredients, a pizza slice was made with just an old end of bread and a sprinkle of cheese, i ordered nachos but was given just a packet of crisps (expected to make my own perhaps?) Maybe the staff were having a bad day but with this standard i?m sure the good days aren?t much better.
