“Today I couldn’t give less than 5 stars. My focus is on Michael he went beyond his duties for me. I had a pen and pencil set from my late mum for my 18th I used it all the way through collage and my employment. The pencil lead stopped working then the pen ink. I tried back in 2001 but! Wasn’t successful in getting them sorted. So I just saved them. Jump many years I went into Rymans I got the pen sorted I didn’t think I’d find a replacement ink for this type of pen then the following day I took the pencil in. Michael he sent a good 15mins sorting the pencil trying different leads sorting how it worked where to put the lead. He taught me something which I never knew. I got the pencil sorted and I can’t be happier. Michael was helpful friendly knowledgeable this is what you need from shop staff. Thank you for all your help.”

“Fantastic shop in particular for revision guides. Has an amazing wide variety of them, which I needed. It is now my go-to WHSmith store, instead of Arnold. Due to the store being in the city centre, I received a McDonald’s voucher strip when I was paying for my items, which I think is amazing customer service. I would highly recommended this store. I have read some older reviews, but based on today’s experience, I believe this store may of improved. Most important of all, the cashier was polite, so I definitely recommend this store.”
