This Starbucks provides consistently bad service and I avoid as much as possible but as it?s next to the train station sometimes it?s not possible.
Can only start from management as it just seems to stem from a lack care and attention mixed with mild disdain for customers.

I was served by the amazing Eve who is a barista in training. Well - training should be complete! It was the best coffee I have ever tasted. Amazing service, such a polite young lady. I will be returning regularly on my trips to Nottingham with the perfect location next to the station!

Was passing by and called in for a coffee, pre train. Big shout out to Callum and Toby, place was empty, they were busy cleaning away it looked spotless. Didn't really know what I was in the mood for, Callum took the time to talk me through a few altnertives from my norm, this random hot weather is messing with my coffee orders. Ended up sticking with my norm but Callums knowledge and patience was exceptional.
Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant and hate almond, loads of options still to choose from and still ended up with a sweet treat.

Came here to grab some drinksbefore we catch our train. Friendly service (by the guy at the till) and efficient. Somebody mistakenly took one of our drinks order but staff quickly apologised and re-made it.Their Crème Brulée brown sugar frappucino is a must have! So delish.

The lady who served me on the 30th Jan around 15:30 was so lovely. She gave me a delivery lid as I was getting a train and it was unexpectedly so helpful! Just really really nice effortlessly. :))

I'm writing this as a cautionary tale. During my visit, my phone got stolen by two men who distracted my partner and I by asking where a football stadium on a magazine they were holding was. By the time they had bolted out of the store, I realised too late that my phone was gone. While the staff were really lovely, kind and tried to reassure me that there was a chance my phone would be found, I knew it was gone. After speaking to the police, I realised there is a reason why these petty thefts keep happening: because they know they can get away with it.If you find yourself in a similar situation, make sure you hold onto your phone when you respond to these sorts of people (Or get some form of warranty for your phone like Apple Care).

The place is very dirty, untidy and there are some flies inside. The smell inside is terrible. Smells like rubbish. Close to the train station but the place is DIRTY! We went there today (9 Sept. 2023 around 6pm) stayed there for a couple of minutes waiting for our train to arrive. Coffee is not so good as well unlike other starbucks.
