This Starbucks provides consistently bad service and I avoid as much as possible but as it’s next to the train station sometimes it’s not possible.
Can only start from management as it just seems to stem from a lack care and attention mixed with mild disdain for customers.

I was served by the amazing Eve who is a barista in training. Well - training should be complete! It was the best coffee I have ever tasted. Amazing service, such a polite young lady. I will be returning regularly on my trips to Nottingham with the perfect location next to the station!
