Atmosphere was lovely. Staff were great and order was perfect. The regular hot chocolate didnt have much flavour, but my partner said the brownie one was great! I would definitely visit this place again

The one and only downside is the huge step into the cafe.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a massive step into the cafe, so wheelchairs and those who can't handle any stairs will be out of luck.

Visited with my granddaughter Monday the toilets were disgusting no toilet roll,no water from the tap .and no drying facilities.In both toilets.

i come here quite often for my coffee before work, love the oat shaken espresso! Jess always delivers amazing customer service, always quick and polite. :) will continue coming here!

Great customer service and product !!!
Went there on my birthday and got myself a free drink. I was not sure what to get and the barista helped me with the process. Got a venti caramel frappucino and loved it! The drink was not too cold. Unlike other shops, the drink had very good amount of cream and caramel syrup in it. The employees were very nice and happy to attend us even though they were closing the store. And also something important to share about, I had a photo which I wanted to cut out the edges and I was asking all stores around but none helped me. The barista here was so sweet, she cut the photo and also gave me a sticker to help me stick it on my card. Never experienced such a good service and product from a brand.

Staff very slow. Service very slow. Usually find staff talking among themselves and taking their sweet time to fulfil order requests. Someone really should be checking in and chatting with this team as they seem to just run the place amuck.

A fairly typical Starbucks with the standard offering of drinks and food. The staff are good, but there were long queues of students on both recent visits which meant getting served was slow. Toilet facilities are a little basic.Coffee was good as was the food.Parking: There is no parking here.
