Used to open until late, now they close at 7pm and have lost the custom and following of every hospitality worker in Nottingham. Over heard the manager saying she wanted to be in bed by 9, and this is the only reason they are closing earlier

Food isn?t the best but the service is great and the atmosphere is also very nice, especially if you need a quiet space to study.

Never seen so many dirty tables full of takeaway cups. Almost every available table piled high with cups. Like sitting in a landfill. The fact that every single drink is served jn a takeout cup is absolutely disgusting in this day and age isn?t it?

Horrific. I ordered a 5 cheese toastie and a Frappuccino. I got the Frappuccino no toastie and the drink had LEAKED with NO STRAW genuinely pathetic how you can?t carry out a simple common sense task

My friend and I, went there last week. The smell of urine , the floor was sticky , crumbs everywhere. The toilet , it was disgusting ???????

We came at around 9am to have breakfast. Bad customer service, the lady assumed that the food is for takeaway and so they gave us the food cold and wrapped , so I asked if they could put it in a plate and heat it up but the guy serving was rude. Even gave me my coffee heavy handed and let me put the lid and the coffee sleeve myself . Worst experience in a Starbucks coffee shop as I?ve always had great experience and ambience in other Starbucks branches. What a shame as supposed to be a nice location but never coming back .

Unreasonably too expensive. First of all, everything, including your hot drink, is served in paper cups. A cheese toast costs £5.50 ? two slices of bread with a little cheese!
