No where to sit, all tables taken with people on their laptops, one person on larger tables too. The collection area to get drinks was full of dirty mugs plates and waste. Staff were more interested in chatting with each other and getting distracted whilst I waited for my drinks. Shall go to the other Starbucks we visit as a much more pleasant experience to this one. Very poor.

Absolute scam place, I bet they earn more money from parking fines than selling coffee! Arrived in the morning just past 5am, planning to grab a coffee and breakfast before heading to Heathrow airport. After parked, walked to the coffee shop then found it won?t open until 6am. Thinking about waiting for a them to open but then realised we will be late for the flight, so left after 8 minutes. Then the PCN came by post, saying ?Non Customer Parked in a Customer Only Car Park?. Appealed the got response saying it allows 5 minutes only to make decisions. How do I be a customer if the shop isn?t open? Why the car park is open when the shop isn?t? Everything operates like a trap and they have ?clear? t&c written on the board to cover their back. For me, an expensive 100 pounds lesson learnt and will never be their customer again. Good luck Starbucks!

Staff are extremely rude and passive aggressive. They were all free but took 10 minutes to make my drink.

It was part of my routine to go there and grab a coffee. New parking rules had been introduced, which I didn?t notice due to muscle memory. Once I realised, I spoke to the manager, but she ignored me and said it had nothing to do with them. I will never go there again.

I went here on the 25th May 2025 at 12:27. Ordered a couple of coffees via the drive through window, then sat in the car park and drank our beverages. Left the car park at 12:46 and received a parking fine through the post for £100.
19 minutes to drink a coffee? I have parked here before and had my coffee, never less than 20 minutes and never had an issue before.
I'm fuming!

Had a cookies and cream drink frappe that tasted like milk with ice. I already left do couldn't return. The barista on this occasion did a poor job.

This branch changes its closing times willy nilly. Sometimes they want every one out by 9, sometimes 8.30, sometimes 10. Advertised closing time is 11pm!

The cafe generally has a shortage of staff. And its hardly cleaned. Otherwise it is the only place that allows to work for so many hours even in the late evening.

1 star is already generous. This Starbucks branch deserves zero stars. I've been here twice and always had the worst experience. They always make our drinks wrong; even the other customers at that time are complaining because they don?t get it right. Not even friendly customer service. Very grumpy.
