Would give 0 stars but that is not an option. I tried to return an item after purchase less than 24 hours. But they only offer me credit which is eqaul a big No. The company does not care that is no product what others like to purchase. Just simply forcing everyone to leave the money there and walk away without any satisfaction or feeling they rights are respected. Will raise a complaint even of the Frasers group does not care about customers only about profits and share holders( might selling my shares to Inditex).

Worst sports direct shop I?ve ever ever been in I shall never set foot in that place again some of the stuff can?t even be bothered when you ask a question or when you ask for shoes they don?t even bother to fetch them for you

Large sports direct store on 2 floors. Big range of men's, women's and children's sports clothing and shoes, and accessories. The staff are helpful, but it does seem a little under staffed.

There were mosquitoes flying in the store. Aot of dust in fitting room ground floor. Bit messy in terms of layout of clothes. Good prices.

Some bad goths probably work here, never been but they either can?t use their thumbs properly to answer their phone or the flids are too busy twirling their hair looking at the fellas over at cex. Punters.

The store offers a good variety of products, but the management is unhelpful. This is the second time I've encountered unpleasant behavior from the staff.

Had to wait 15 minutes to get someone to even get us shoes in the right size and then they were annoyed at us like we were disturbing them. The shop was empty ? now I know why. Will NOT be shopping here again. Disgusting way to talk to people.

Standard store but lift does not work. Kept saying doors closing and it didn?t. Partner is on crutches so couldn?t get upstairs.

When I asked a staff member about some trainers.she went the extra mile to help me , she worked on the checkout so this wasn't her usual zone. But she really went out of the way to help me. All the staff are professional and helpful and nothing is a trouble for them . Definitely going there for my future pairs of trainers ???????

Typical sports direct- though it does have a "Game" shop on the first floor. The store could do with smartening up, but it sells kids trainers that aren't too expensive so it's handy! Not a massive Mike Ashley fan. Staff are a bit sparse, could do with employing a few more to help with queries whilst you are shopping. Bit tatty, but handy when needs must!
