The staff are always got a smile on their face from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. They are always happy to help and be honest with you if they don?t think they suit you they will suggest something that would . I would recommend them.

Needed an eye test and new glasses. Staff were super efficient, polite and informative. Very short waiting times. A very good selection of glasses frames. Especially liked that there's an online facility to try glasses on which saves time trying on glasses at the shop. Was not aware I could have 2 different pairs of glasses so pleased a staff member suggested this when I couldn't make up my mind which I liked between 2 pairs. Highly recommend Specsavers.

Just had my biannual eye test here and required new specs . Never had varifocals before but the optician suggested them so I obliged. You are allowed 3months to test them but can change your mind if they are not suitable during that time with no quibble at all , which is awesome ! .
I decided after about 3 weeks that whilst they were good at home for reading or tv , for driving , especially at night , and country walking on rough ground , they were positively dangerous !
So I reverted back to close up/ distance glasses , so two pairs and my fee for varifocals was adjusted/refunded immediately without fuss .
I was served by Erin who was extremely professional and equally patient throughout my numerous visits and very attentive to ensure I was completely happy with my choice and clarity of vision. I felt the service I received by this branch of Specsavers and particularly Erin , was of the highest standard and indeed , pretty rare in this day and age where retail service is generally very sloppy .
The branch also has a very friendly , welcoming atmosphere and I would recommend Hucknall Specsavers to anyone . ( Ask for Erin ??? ) .
