The store Manager "Kelly Clare Davis" has the most rudest and discriminative attitude i have ever had to witness in my whole entire life.
Clearly she is a VERY unhappy women!

Bought a pair of 2 for 1 glasses, but only got 1 pair. Sales person advised I needed thinner lenses, 'ok' , never actually advised that this meant I didn't get the 2nd pair.......had to pay a further £60 to get a second pair, made to a lower standard....at least the sales person is now going to get some training to prevent this happening again.
