Staff are very friendly and helpful. The option that did my eye test explained everything that I needed to know about my eyes condition and took him time when testing my eyes to ensure i get the correct lenses

I have been going to my local branch of SpecSavers (West Bridgford, Nottingham) for a number of years and am still very happy with their service and products. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and their range of frames is amazing - something for everyone.

I have used specsavers West Bridgford for a number of years. Customer service is excellent. Always look after you. Never any hard sell or upselling done to you. Honest advice and if anything is not quite right they just go the extra mile to sort it. You can't get better than that

Booked my appointment on line, seen bang on time, already picked my new frames whilst walking to.my seat, the optician explained everything and pass me to another colleague, showed the colleague the frames I had picked and she did all the measurements and did my new glasses like for like, amazing service, Booked my date to collect everything explained classes cleaned for me and left the store amazing service from start to finish, this is why I have used Specsavers for years. Well done team West Bridgford.

One of the arm on my glasses had bent . The gentleman at the front got me in straight away , and Natalie fixed them within 5 mins . Great customer service

Partner broke her glasses the night previous. Specsavers got her in for an emergency appointment and for £25 replaced the frames with a like-for-like pair within 20 minutes. Friendly and courteous, and very speedy. Absolutely top notch service! Will definitely be back when we need new frames/lenses in future.

Following 2 separate surgeries to my eye I was advised by the hospital consultant to have regular pressure checks. I furnished staff at specsavers (where I have attended for a few years) with a letter outlining this. I was told by specsavers I needed to have an accompanying eye test and an appointment was booked. I was then phoned and told by a staff member from specsavers I was not ?eligible? for extra tests. I therefore now go elsewhere where I am ?eligible?.

You can get glasses, have your eyes tested, ear shiringing and hearing aids all within the same shop. Staff are friendly and helpful, appointment system works very well.
