Review regarding the Manager at the Mansfield/Sainsbury store.
I?ve always use Specsavers, but the very last time I had some glasses, I was very disappointed With them. I couldn?t see through them. I was asked to come in to pick my glasses up on three occasions and on all three I visited the store they weren?t there. One member of staff was particularly inexperienced and didn?t really care what I said or did. However, I met the manager and she was new at Specsavers but she was 100% helpful. She cared for me, She was 100% professional and did not let me leave until I was completely satisfied..
The manager could not help me enough, and she was courteous and professional. As I sat in Specsavers, she was alert at all times to what the rest of the staff were doing. When my specs were ready, she rang me herself, gave me a time and the moment I walked to the store she was there to greet me And she made me comfortable and was very friendly but very professional. The current manager is 100% professional, alert and her customer care is second to none.
I really hope that she sees this.

I have had numerous problems with my contact lenses and this time my eyes was swollen and they was stuck in my eyes and phone the Sutton in Ashfield branch up and was rude and disgusting about my problem and didn?t care what was happening so went into the store to talk to management and she was just the same I will never use these again

Absolutely useless. My elderly mother can?t get out. I went online and booked a home visit as she is really struggling to see and is overdue an eye test.A month later still no contact at all. A huge advertising campaign about ?I don?t go to Specsavers, they come to me?.In branch they are amazing.In the past I worked in a care home, we needed Specsavers to visit, 3 calls, 3 broken promises. The home visit department lets the whole Specsavers brand down totally.

I was not able to make an appointment due to being clinically vunerable, so my guarentee period went over by 12 weeks. My glasses started cracking at point of contact with the arms. They will not repair them under guarentee and also said that they have been misused by taking off with one hand or putting on top of head. Yes i have taken off with one hand , as I'm sure lots of people have done, but never worn on my head. My previous glasses from a well known opticians lasted years. I will never go back and have advised my family not to either . There is obviously a reason for the glasses being cheaper !!!!!

Glass broke just need a screw put in then can not see with out them self isolating has very ill told me had to wait till the 18 April witch is 11days if have a fall will be seeing a solicitor
