Great service, appointment was on time. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Staff were able to address questions and advise and were very patient while I was was being taught how to put in and take out contact lenses.
Return appointment was made and information should I have any issues.

The contact lenses appointment and eye test went well, the girl Amina was very good, for saying she was training she did a good job. However the young girl I was passed onto Hannah was useless. A ten minute job turned in to 45 minutes as she hadn't got a clue and had to keep running off to seek advice. What she should've done is fetched someone who did know how to set up a subscription and direct debit. She was pleasant enough, but just hadn't got it together. Very unprofessional. If I hadn't used this branch and company for a number of years, I would not be going back. And, if she has cocked up my order and subscription. I still might go elsewhere. We shall see.

I had an eye test with a senior optician some months ago and the experience was fantastic. When choosing my glasses it was a little underwhelming from a younger member of staff. My glasses broke and I dealt with the manager Sharon who has been incredibly helpful in getting the frames fixed and replaced on the day. I?ve also ordered further pairs with Portia?s help, guidance and recommendations with frames is not have picked up and Kaz?s second opinion. A huge thank you from me to your team.

The examination was good. The offer was misleading. Only one pair of glasses found for the day of pick up given . Said they would contact when they'd found them. 3 week later(had hols in between) no contact from them . Had to ring to be told oh yeah they're ready we are sorry! Not really impressed to be honest.

I have just popped in to the Nottingham City Centre Specsavers to ask if they could repair apsides of my husband?s prescription sunglasses..
The gentleman on the reception desk was very helpful as he always is..
I was seen upstairs almost straight away by a very polite and helpful young man called Matt.
He was very efficient and fixed the problem in a couples of minutes.
Was so pleased with the excellent service I received and needed to leave my review.

I had an outstanding experience during my recent visit to Specsavers Nottingham. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The eye test was thorough, everything was clearly explained, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout.
The team went above and beyond to help me choose the right frames, offering expert advice without any pressure. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a calm, reassuring atmosphere.
