Me and my friends attended a bottomless bunch 09.03.24We wouldn?t recommend the place at all. The place wasn?t clean. Floors were sticky, smelt weird & genuinely not clean.Let?s talk food. The food was terrible, cold & tasteless.The services were poor, slow on drinks & no service with a smile. Staff were rude & didn?t know what they were doing and getting frustrated with customers. Avoid in the future! I hope people read all the views before booking as it?s a lot of money and waste of time & people?s expectations.Something definitely needs to change in that establishment.

Attended the sky bar for a bottomless brunch event. 12-3pm!Venue itself is disgusting floor very sticky, terrace broken and under construction, toilets smell of weed. No chewing allowed inside but that should be the least of there worries.Staff are rude, don't care about you and where clearly trying to milk it to make maximum profits, so slow to bring out the bottomless drinks and more attentive to tables that had prosecco pre orders. When challenged about the drinks I was handed one and asked "are you happy now?!"Absolute joke!Food brought out was warm at best, wouldn't eat it for risk of food poisoning from the chicken. Just a shambles. 1 star is a over rating.

I went with some friends for a NYE event - we paid for the VIP experience.We arrived as soon as the doors opened, there was a table set up for us with a large bottle of vodka and we were told we could order more drinks from this little VIP bar area. So far so good.Fast forward a couple of hours, the place is rammed and they put a rope across the VIP bar area and have a lovely bouncer stood there.I went up to order something but he wouldn't let me through.I explained that we had paid for VIP and showed him my wrist band but still he wouldn't have any of it.He told me it was the wrong wrist band (blatant lie, as I had been going up there all night to order stuff and I pointed out there were others who had the same colour wrist band as me in the area, but eventually he just didn't even look at me and ignored me).So much for paying for a 'VIP' night.I immediately left.Don't bother wasting your time or money with this place - I shall certainly never be returning.

We visited this so called luxurious bar on 27/01 Shocking experience, £15/person entry fee, and they advertised as lush bar but then served you a drink in cheap plastic cup. They have only one sofa seat sit and bearly 7 people around 11 pm, we asked if we sit in another side of room where sofas were empty and the bouncer said this is for VIP not for you lot. Are you for real, you charged £15/per person when you have hardly 7 people on Saturday night and expected us to stand holding our drinks in cheap plastic cup. To make the situations wrost, Toilets were filthy and out side seating area were sticky and chairs every where, cups lying around as if there was a riot. We left within 20 minutes and never returning.

My and my mate were singled out for being white.Their reasoning was we weren?t aloud Nike white trainers. We then pointed out that every other person around us (which were coloured) is literally wearing trainers.Bouncer then proceeded to tell me that it was because of the value of my trainers wasn?t expensive enough (around £100).Yet there was 3 other people in the queue wearing the exact trainer as me.There was people in the queue wearing trainers worth £40 that were dressed head to toe in Primark.He them blamed it on the landlord saying that the specifications aren?t clear and he?s made the decision to single us out.I kicked off for obvious reasons and pointed all these points out.I am sad to announce that Discrimination was rife. I can?t believe my country is heading in this direction. Expect a lawsuit.

Me and my friends were going out for a birthday celebration dinner. As soon as me and one of my friends arrived, the host sat us down and it felt like they were trying too hard to sell to us the menu- e.g. suggesting that they would do a starters platter with 7 starters. I then suggested to wait until everyone else on the table arrived so that we could all eat what we wanted, and before everyone else arrived at the table, the host had already come over again to try to sell a desserts platter with 7 desserts. Again, I had to tell them to wait until everyone else arrive. Then, when everyone arrived, we ordered drinks, and I ordered an expresso martini cocktail. 2 minutes later, the waiter comes back to the table to tell us that they couldn't do an expresso martini because they couldn't be bothered to clean up the coffee machine- very disappointing. Then, it was strange when they made us pay for the drinks before our food had even come. Additionally, it didn't come across very professional when the waiter was wearing a man-bag whilst serving us. Then for the food, the quality wasn't too bad, but also wasn't anything special. The waiting time however, was pretty long. In terms of the atmosphere of the restaurant, it felt pretty flat, as there was no one else there other than our table, which was a surprise considering it was 19:00 on a Saturday evening.Overall, I thought that the experience was pretty disappointing for several reasons, most of the mentioned above. I felt that the staff could've provided a better service, and the food could've been better, considering the prices.

Security(old black man with gold teeth) are just rude and speak to you like your beneath them. It may be a bar but NEVER would I expect ANYWHERE in retail to deal with people like their subhuman. Please don?t let your security job go to your head .

Don?t waste your time going! Very rude staff, incredibly argumentative, poor standard of food and not cooked correctly. Also, we was the first there I believe, at around four and the place hadn?t been cleaned from the night before! Sticky floors and sick in the ladies end toilet. Absolutely awful.

Avoid. I visited sky bar restaurant Monday 2nd October 2023. My partner and I had the set menu as seen below. No additional d. Yet we were charged £57 when it should?ve came £41.90 we paid for cocktails separate at the beginning of our meal. We had spring rolls,ciabatta and Humous, chicken Milanese, chicken burger and 2 lots of profiteroles. All seen in the menu advertised as £20.95 for all 3 courses per person. I am very disappointed that we have been overcharged and have made multiple attempts to contact the restaurant via phone email and chat and all in vain. Complete scam.

Would rate 0 star if I could. Ignorant people who do not care about nearby residents. Loud music playing until 2am in the morning keeping local people awake. Venue deny the music is coming from them. Avoid at all costs

What a waste of time !!!!, I would never go back there the bouncers are very rude had no respect for themselves or others, and the food manager/part owner is no better as i still video of one of the bouncers grabbing my phone and pushing me.Word of advise too the sky bar owners and management change your staff or you will close in 6 months because will want too come too your bar....

Girl behind the bar looked like she wanted to murder me, bouncer assumed my gender ? will avoid from now on ? always dead here and I'm not surprised. Looking at other reviews and the responses from the owner speaks volumes as well. (Learn to take criticism and improve your venue instead of taking it personally) ???? I've seen a response from the owner saying this bar is "luxurious" but yesterday you didn't have a single bottle of red wine behind that bar, how luxurious is that.?

Great bar but a little over the top regarding the shoes you have to wear. Got kicked out for wearing trainers after 21:00
