Rip-off merchants. Needed a part for a shower - a PRD (pressure Relief Device) - its a small plastic part. I rang in the morning, he said he had one in, I asked how much, he said "it will only be a a few bob!". I went down, he brought out the part and then said he would have to ring triton to find out the price of the part!? He already had the part. He came back and said it would be £15! he said it cost £3.90+VAT for the part and the rest is carriage! He already has the part and a 1st class stamp doesn't cost the best part of £10! (not yet anyway!). I thought he was joking, he was not! When I said, I'm not paying £15 for it, he just turned round and rudely went into the back of his store.I've just ordered one online for £6!
