This has been my go to charge location. However clean and tidy, I tried all four charge outlets CCS all would not authenticate. Called support and was told to try somewhere else, luckily i had left enough range to go searching else where poor show on this occasion. ?

0 stars if I could. This is the only shoo in the whole of Nottingham I've pulled into - more than once - to grab a quick drink/snack and walked out empty handed because the prices are so outrageously inflated.
Maybe they think the local community is dripping in gold.
As a lover of capitalism I applaud them, but I'm probably not going to bother stopping again. Service station prices, except you're near a Lidl.

This is a good petrol station with a large forecourt and a variety of fuel that includes e5 petrol.The little waitrose shope has a decent selection of products and is well stocked.The shop also has a Costa coffee machine and a selection of warm food.

Very cooperative and polite staff. I faced difficulties regarding fuel. customer champion Mr Armghan handedover his counter to other and came out side and solved my issue. Impressive and appreciated.

I absentmindedly overpaid by £10 in cash when buying some items and left and the guy working on the till managed to chase me down and stop me driving off without my change. I appreciate his effort!

Manager put wrong price on from ...other price on pump!!!After that ...he scanned twice my 3% discount so i had to pay full price of fill.I will make a formal complain to SHELL GO.
