Rude owner ( a pakistani man) who was so unhelpful. He then called me an idiot when I asked him why the vacuum wasn't working. Most disgusting display and shame on shell for letting such a person run an shell station. A misogynistic man who should not be serving the public.
He should not be allowed to degrade me in front of customers when I asked a question. I am very sure he would not have spoken to me like that if I was not Asian.

Avoid this gas station. Scammers work there. Filled up the car with £30 of diesel last Friday, only drove 70 miles and ran out of diesel. The first time I came across such at Shell gas stations.

Avoid at all costs - the staff at this station has no ethics and no compassion. You can simply get told off by listening to music or streaming presentation over your phone even if the phone is in your pocket and no live calls. You will have to switch it off. I was listening to a teams? presentation and I got told off! Unbelievable! While filling up I didn?t even have the phone in my hand, it was left inside my car.

Sadly, the early morning coffee from the coffee machine at the Shell station turned into a negative experience: while I was trying to figure out the machine which eventually made me a huge flat white and which was constantly beeping like in a hospital monitor, the man behind me was getting impatient, and the man at the till made comments about me being slow, I excused myself with the fact that it?s a machine not a café, and he replied that « the machine?s fine » implying that « I wasn?t ». Perhaps you need to put a sign on the door and on the coffee machine: « Only for fast operating brains and manlike workers ».
