I use the garage for my Costa coffee fix , being a trucker it keeps me moving , the food is expensive but that?s normal these days in any service station , the toilets are sometimes disgusting and need cleaning more regularly, apart from that the staff and always friendly and polite especially the late evening shift !!

Ripped off with the food tried this pre-packed Thai prawn style noodles and a flapjack for lunch the box probably had 4-5 bites in not filling at all. Also there was this weird smell coming from it, the millionaire flapjack just broke apart in the packet so I?m just eating crumbs go somewhere else if you want a quick bite to eat.

After getting petrol here my credit card has been charged twice. Once for the fuel, but a second transaction for exactly the same amount to tracelo. And tracelo has taken more money the next month despite cancelling a subscription I never took.

Marked as a service station yet refuse entry for toilet or to browse at food etc. Walked away after I asked about food options. Marked services must allow access to the toilet as it is deemed a service / rest area. Totally unacceptable and staff refused to help. This occurred at five to midnight on October 15th 2024. Absolutely unacceptable.

Terrible Service, filled two types of Fuel and told the cashier however charged for only one. Due to there incompetence i am now being pursued by Forecourt eye to pay for the fuel and there admin fee. I have no issue paying for fuel, even though your error. to date no one can justify why i should pay the admin fee other than its my responsibility to check the cashier has done there job correctly...

Had an issue with the Adblue pumps as they weren?t working.
Staff were very kind and helpful to try and resolve the problem. When the issue couldn?t be fixed with the pumps, the staff kept apologising for an issue that they really couldn?t help. Things happen, it?s completely understandable.
Not just that, the staff even helped me out to try and fill my Adblue another way.

Be careful returning Amazon packages here, they told me they don?t issue a receipt for your return but instead you will receive an email from Amazon confirming the return. I never received this email and now Amazon are claiming I never returned the item and are threatening to take the money back from my account.
Save yourself some hassle and just go to a post office, at least you get a receipt from the post office.

Quick and easy, great food selection, helpful cheery staff. Fuels always a little more but you get what you pay for.

Used the e charge here, easy to use. Toilets were relatively clean too, stank of sewage though outside though.

Useful pitstop but there's no acceleration lane out of the forecourt and the traffic here can be quite heavy.
