Lovely store friendly staff and beautiful furniture, delivery was quick and although my house is difficult to get furniture in Chris and Ray did a great job.

We bought from SCS previously (some 7 years ago) and never experienced an issue with the quality of the sofa, so we described to go with SCS again. This time we visited the Nottingham branch and their service was excellent, the team are really friendly and they?ve even arranged a sofa for us to use in the interim whilst our new one is being manufactured, as our old sofa is now with a family member. Would definitely recommend using SCS given the experience so far.

Love the sofas went to my local store this morning and l bought a corner sofa loved the choice the lady who looked after me was very good she answered all of our questions and was vey happy .l am very excited after choosing my sofa and can?t wait for it to be delivered it was a lovely experience choosing it and we had a lovely cup of coffee

A rubbish product and service. we brought a sofa from here 2 years ago, the cushions and springs have just gone. save your money and go somewhere else.

Prices seem reasonably competitive. However I walked into the store and looked around for 10mins at the carpets. The place was a ghost town, could not see one single staff member anywhere. How can you ask for help or even buy anything. I walked up to the next place where I got help and got what I needed.

( Living Noah Fabric 3 & 2 Seater )Brought this sofa around four month ago,.two weeks old & the sofa`s began to show dark patches where they had been sat on, the dark patches looked like it had water spillage or some other fluids spilt on it, looked terrible ! .plus it looks like a four year old sofa as its lost its shape already. I contacted the after service help line who stated they would send a trained staff member to come & take photographs and see what my issue was, he left but stated that somone will contact myself when the issue was looked over & they had made a decision. two month later i am still waiting to this day. why, because I'm certain they have no answer other than the fibres change colour with time, yes, two weeks time ?. Not a happy man & truly regret buying these sofa`s

GO TO FURNITURE VILLAGE INSTEAD!We ordered a sofa for our new home from the Lady Bay Retail Park store & told Travis that we may not be moving in for a number of months. He told us this was fine & the warehouse will hold the sofa until we're ready for delivery. Apparently, this was untrue as we found out later. I had to keep calling every few weeks to rearrange the delivery date as they only had a calendar for a few weeks in advance, with the latest delivery date, which I always chose.Unfortunately our house sale fell through & when we had the phone call to arrange delivery I told the lady this. She was totally unsympathetic & said that she would email the store for the manager to call me.Actually, trying to speak with the manager, Liam, was an absolute nightmare! He kept asking his staff to call us, which was appalling, totally unprofessional of him. Every time I asked a question, they had to speak with him, so why he didn't just speak to me directly is beyond me!Even when we called or visited the store, he wasn't available as he'd taken annual leave or it was his day off!We ended up having to get a refund, with a loss of 25%, and I never did speak with the manager!I really do urge you not to use this company.If I could give minus stars, I would.Go to Furniture Village & speak with Nick Cameron, who was totally sympathetic to our situation & told us that these things happen & are easily sorted, which they have been. You'll get a totally professional service.

Posting this on behalf of my mum *Upon entering we were given a little time to have a look around and see what we fancy.The gentleman came over when we showed an interest in a new sofa set, he was very helpful answering all my questions and offering additional advice and information for us to make an informed decision!The sofa we ended up choosing was around 5 and a half thousand pounds however I was very Stubborn, like very ...After he went away a few times to crunch some number he came back with a very good offer and a great package deal for the sofa we chose, absolute bargain!We ended up agreeing on a final price, landing under 3000 pounds which was amazing of him!I am exceptionally happy with the service and professionalism that the gentleman showed!I will definitely recommend them to friendsThankyou again scs sofas!

Took over 5 weeks for carpet to be delivered. Had to ring countless times as the delay on the carpet meant a delay on other furniture being delivered. When carpet was laid. The door of the bedroom was damaged. These were new doors and not previously damaged until the day the carpet was laid. Now have to spend further money buying a new door and paying for it to be fitted. Would not recommend as customers service was extremely poor.

Waiting for sofa, came this morning after a phone call to say they will be an hour. Van came not my sofa onthe van . Wrong name and someones order but not mine. Still waiting for the managerLeon Linsoyd to phone me. No phone call as yet. You have to hang on your phone wastingmore time after waiting this morning for my Sofa. The adverts on the TV are so nice, but getting InTouch is a waste of time..
