We visited this branch of Screwfix today, and for the poor young man called JOSH who served us, we were completely disorganised customers and must have been a right pain to deal with. However, JOSH was professional and helpful despite us being nightmare customers. He is a true credit to the store.

Went to the queen's drive store on the 4/1/24 for a door lock and was served by a lady called Melanie who was one of the most helpful staff I have come across in a long time . Nothing was to much trouble for her .she is a credit to your store I only wish more people were like her.

Can?t fault screwfix - had a problem with a boiling water tap. One phone call to customer services later - all sorted. Returned the faulty goods to the store of my choice - store made fully aware and replacement goods ready to go on arrival. Clare at Queens Drive, Nottingham you?re a superstar?
