Nottingham University Student Union offers a vibrant and dynamic space for students, packed with a variety of services and activities. The building is modern and well-maintained, providing areas for both relaxation and study. From its numerous student-run societies to its great support services, the Union ensures that students feel engaged and supported throughout their university journey. The food and drink options are reasonably priced, and the events, from club nights to career fairs, are well-organized and enjoyable. Overall, it's a central hub that fosters community spirit and enhances the student experience at Nottingham University.

Lovely campus! Went to visit a friend at uni there. Bit of a pain that it is quite far away from the city centre though. Lots of options to eat in the student union building which are all reasonably priced for hot food. Accommodation (Halls) is right on campus which makes first year easier. Very pretty when it snows!

The Students Union is an eclectic place where you can get everything from coffee to travel advice. The top floor food court does great lunchtime food, with the Asian selection worth having at least once. If you are a visitor Portland Coffee is a good place to chill in the afternoon.If you are a University of Nottingham student it is well worth taking the time to explore and see what is on offer.

Decided to try the Chicken Katsu from the ?Saijokai? restaurant on floor D of the students union. Unfortunately, my chicken was cooked to medium rare, as apposed to the expected well done. I asked the Head Chef about this, and he assured me that each chicken is probed when being cooked, and my chicken is therefore fully cooked, he ?promises me?. A refund was then unable to be processed as I purchased the food on a self serve machine rather than the solo till.I have thrown up twice this afternoon after eating the meal. Wouldn?t recommend.

Went to view with daughter and while was very impressed with the overall campus, which was set in beautiful grounds, there were many areas which could have been better. For example lighting bollards damaged/missing through the parkland.

Nice and big student union... Popped in for a bite to eat, then took a pew and got down to some work on the laptop. Choice of eateries ok, and not too pricey, free WiFi too.
