Very Sainsbury?s-ish. Plenty on the shelf (for this time of the year. - A bit dated as regards to building fabric? but has everything you?d usually find elsewhere.

This is not unlike any other Sainsbury store, it is clean, well presented, usually well stocked, has a huge car park with loads of disabled parking and an Argos inside. They have a petrol station on site which usually has some of the best prices in the area.
The car park does slope, but not so much in the disabled parking section. They are on a bus route and have a parade of other shops and a fair range of high street shops nearby. For a small town it's too bad.
The staff however are a real mixed bag, ranging from those who are excellent and what you would expect from a store of this calibre through to those who are actually rude, unhelpful, and generally awful.
So you get both ends of the spectrum.
I have had three really poor experiences, one of which was very insulting where a member of staff though they could make fun of my size and appearance, one where the staff member could not be bothered to assist me in finding a product and said go to the help desk and one that just grunted at me when I asked a simple question.
Now, if I was a rude, scruffy, ill mannered person or something along those lines, I would half expect this level of service, however, I have always believed in being polite, usually it works well.
Every other occasion has been either a great experience or a mediocre one, although, I rarely go here now and travel and extra 10 miles to another store rather than spinning the roulette wheel to see what type of service I might receive.

Mum's shopping always difficult but managed everything including a cheeky Malbec for me! Availablity very good check out quick. Staff all gad a cheery smile. Thank you

Following a 'community' Xmas light switch on. We purchased items here and went to use the toilets. The toilets were closed off apparently due to kids making the toilets unsafe to use, which was stated by a staff member. This is the 2nd time visiting Sainsburys that these toilets that they have been closed off due to apparently 'kids' making the facilities unsafe. Although, when I spoke to the manager he stated it was closed off due to the floor being wet. The floor was not wet, there was also no notice saying slippery floor, or any warning sign outside the toilet. Instead plastic plants blocked the entrance. Perhaps the real reason was the manager did not want anyone using these toilets that had not bought products from Sainsburys and instead of stating this came up with a shody excuse for closing them. A very bad show from Sainsburys Kimberley and poor management. Sainsburys could of gained customers keeping the facilities open. This is the worst Sainsburys I've been to and will avoid at all costs. Staff need training on not laughing at customers being frustrated at their poor facilties.
