I went in this store yesterday afternoon 25/08/2025 to pick up some provisions, when I went to the till to pay there were a couple of people before me. There were three cashiers behind the tills, one was training a new girl on one till which I totally understand, shortly before I was due to be served a delivery driver walked up to the end of the tills to pick up a delivery. When it was my turn I approached the till to be served after waiting two or three minutes and your cashier asked me to wait while she saw to the delivery driver. I told her that me and the person behind me was here before he even walked in and she refused to serve me until she had seen to his delivery. I found this to be very rude and left my items on the counter and walked out. I have lived on this estate for the last 17 years and regularly used the Sainsbury's store on Bramcote Lane 3 or 4 times a week. Unfortunately you will not be seeing me in any of your stores again.

Little Sainsbury's store for essentials, so they don't stock a massive variety, it does have meal deals and a coffee machine (Costa) I think. Plus your usual essentials. Moderate pricing and self checkout takes cash too.

Very compact store but offered a wide range of products. Self service checkouts available. Small car park to the side of the store, which was not well lit.

Store manager came and brought my deliveroo order after it was messed up twice, appreciate it massively, lovely guy.

Ideal location which is always well stocked with good produce. Sometimes pop in for a drink from the Costa machine.

Always friendly staff, nice and clean with plenty to offer. Just wish it was a bigger store!

Staff have no common sense. I am married, with 1 kid, and haven't been asked for ID in ten years. I just popped my wife over to the bus stop and stopped to get an energy drink.They have a check 25 policy which I understand, but you would have to be a fool to think I look anything under 25. Staff need to have common sense or be trained, that its not a check ID every single time you buy a certain item, only if you look younger than 25.
