When shopping in Sainsbury's 12th August in the morning and a shop I go too quite regular, this morning however not a lot of people shopping, the staff kept closing the manned checkouts and forcing people to use self scan, , that's ok if you have 3 items, but not when you have a big shop, I do not work at Sainsbury's so WHY should I do there job, we are paying there wages ,and one called Kate was more interested in talking with another colleague, than helping a cashier at the till, why don't they employ some staff.

I placed an order with this store via uber eats and it took over an hour and a half to arrive. I ordered 8 items and had 3 drivers cancel because it took so long. It was absolutely ridiculous and I couldn?t cancel the order because it would incur a cancellation fee. I attempted to call the store twice and couldn?t get through after being put through bot after bot. It should NOT have taken over an hour and 30mins to pick and pack 8 items. Disappointing.

My mum Purchased an item that when got home noticed was out of date so she returned the product got an apology and was told the items would be removed from the shelf. A month later the said items are still on the shelf dated January 2025 it is now June. Don?t staff do date checks l work in the co op and l regularly do ambient code checking
