Used this store when visiting Nottingham.
The customers were rude - I was trying to look at the meal deals situated very near the door and I was tapped on the shoulder to move out the way by a young guy coming into the shop. I took exception to this as im a woman in my 70s and not used to being treated like this in shops.
No wooden spoons or forks near the meal deals. The security guy told me they were at the counter. Eventually discovered them hidden in a corner at the end of the tills and accessible through a small gap in the display. No spoons at all. Just wooden forks. Obviously they dont want customers to even find them.
So the food we bought was good but we used Tesco the next day because we wouldn't go back to this store because of the poor experience. And I'm a regular Sainsbury's customer in my home area

So I don't use self tills. Expect server to pack bags. This one chucked bag and continued as if he couldn't be bothered. Called him out on it, still doesn't care.
Now I am thinking if I was elderly or disabled with his attitude.
Used to be a nice place, with lovely staff, now, only a couple of them are nice, rest need to get a reality check.

I ordered couple of things through uber eats, the drivers was given the wrong order and then the store cancelled my order and refused to help get my refund or the items ordered. Disappointed by the service.

Shelves half empty, hardly seen staff on floor so less attention on customers help or on self check even called them many times. Big queue on till area with one till on. Don?t think they?re doing good. Weekend is always busy day, they need to put more staff on shift. Even customers know simple things, hope the management will think about it too ?

I would love to score this store as 0 out of 5. Not only staff is chatting on headphones or to themselves each time I go there but also when I thought let me change the world and start a conversation to them politely so I said - hello how are you.... Silence... Again - thought they couldn't hear me lol so once again - hello how was your day... Nothing. If it's only one time I could swallow it somehow. But it wasn't first, second or third time that I been treated like Air. I'm better off going to Tesco across the road at least my experience is more pleasant.

Well, it was a while ago, I feel like to say it now. I went in for a £20 mobile top-up voucher, somehow I lost it before use. So I rang them the next day to see if they could help me to find the copy of the receipt for the top-up pin, the female manager or whoever was in charge spent some time to check and to look for it, eventually she found it. She told me the pin over the phone and I used it straight away and it worked ! Thank you !

Came in to buy drinks, snacks and sandwiches for 4 people for ice skating. Got told to leave by security as I had an open tray of roast potatoes in my hand.Security guard needs to give his head a wobble.
