I recently visited Ryman and while I found the staff to be professional, approachable, and prompt in addressing my questions, I was quite surprised by the £2.50 service charge, which is applied in addition to the actual cost of printing. In my opinion, this charge feels both expensive and unnecessary, especially considering that customers are already paying for the printing itself.
That said, I appreciated the level of customer service I received. A staff member was helpful not only during my initial visit but also followed up later by assisting me with the contact details for DHL, which I found very useful. Overall, while the staff were courteous and helpful, the additional service charge for printing remains a drawback in an otherwise satisfactory experience.

I went into this store this afternoon to look for a Pokémon present for my son that I spent hours trying to find elsewhere. Even though the store didn't have it either, the 3 ladies behind the counter all took time to help me try to find it from a neighbouring store or provided ideas as to how I may get it in future. This was the only shop where I felt like I was being helped and that they seemed like they genuinely cared. Thank you ladies.

Michael and Courtney were amazing! Both so helpful with our complex printing problem. There was never a moment in the half hour we were there that they weren't politely helping someone with quiet competence.

Liz's way of speaking to customers is honestly shocking. Shouted at my ethnic partner "no I'm not talking to you!" when she mistakingly thought she was talking to us whilst looking in our direction.
Incredibly rude and bad attitude that magically rectifies itself when speaking to a white person. I would say she needs a customer service retrain but she's the manager...
