1. Don't answer the phone.2. Rude unhelpful staff.3. Not this locations fault, but useless website.So website was not working for two days when attempting to track and arrange redelivery of recorded item. Last tracking had it here. Tried to call as it seemed odd, but no answer on 4 attempts. So went to collect. Staff looked at the card and asked, why are you not in Derby? Explained the above. Response that's where it will be. Asked to check the system, pretended to, not enough key strokes, and said Yeah Derby. Asked what time they closed and if he knew the postcode. Was told to Google it.And these people keep striking for more money, really poor.

Extremely disappointed with Royal Mail. Expecting an important delivery for a wedding anniversary, not only did the person delivering the package ignore the fact that we have a ring video doorbell, which would have enabled me to tell them where they could have securely placed the item. The customer collection point was closed today despite the opening hours clearly stating it is open 11:00 - 15:00 on Sundays. No explanation or notice on site and no explanation (more surprise) after I spoke to customer services on the phone.
