Not at all helpful when I wanted to return a garment. On line it said that my purchase could be returned to a 'stand alone' store, but no I was refused. Will not be shopping with them again

I love this shop. Quality, well made clothes at a reasonable price.Helpful staff, pleasant store. Changing rooms with space, and a stool !I always come back to them because they sell what I want.

Oh dear. Was like walking into an unwelcoming, dark gloomy place. Looked like a market stall, not showing off the quality clothes Roman is known for. Staff busy and didn't go out of their way to make customers feel welcome, not well dressed or showing off Roman clothes. Fitting rooms had not been cleaned and staff so disinterested in customers I'm surprised stock has not walked out the door. Come on Roman, buck your ideas up!

Came into Nottingham Victoria Centre with my wife to look for a dress but the shop was closed despite the website stating it was open. Not impressed!
