I love music, but I don't necessarily go to see the big big bands play. I like discovering new bands that have a small following where it is easy to meet the band after. I have had some amazing experiences here, although with my anxiety I normally mix my word and make a fool of myself often but I have never felt uncomfortable doing so here. Again with my anxiety I don't like big crowds of people around me but with this venue I have been able to get in early enough to be at the front of the que. Unless the bands have VIP access which always go through first I would always find myself at the front. This helps so I only focus on the band in front and not the fact that there's a lot of people behind me. The staff are friendly, they have a selection of alcohol free drinks but they don't do food. Not even crisps but they don't mind if you nip to the shop and bring food into the patio area.

Went for an orchestra concert. The band was brilliant, however a beer and a cocktail cost around £15 which is very steep in my opinion. The room had no sitting arrangements so nearing the end of the orchestra, I just wanted to sit, so couldn't really the music.

Fabulous venue. Central location near a plethora of places for pre-concert meals and drinks. We stayed at The Crowne Plaza just a very short walk away. Great acoustics with a real intimate feel. Heard every lyric for Crash Test Dummies. The balcony area was a life saver with a place to place beer and lean a bit! Good on-site bar with reasonable prices.
