I came into primark around 5 o?clock in the evening and I was shocked about the sizes available they only put in sizes from xs-L and that is not accommodating plus size women I saw maybe 2 things over a Large and that was pyjamas I am shocked since a well loved company can?t be bothered to restock with sizes that are missing this shop needs to sort out their stock as the workers are lazy cause what I saw was shocking!!!

Went here the other day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was good and they had lots of options of clothing. The prices were standard for the average primark. The location is good and accessible. Lots of seasonal decorations like Christmas and Halloween are already in stock and I wanted so many of them.

Great shop. There?s even a Costa Coffee upstairs. This Primark doesn?t do self service checkout unlike the Primark in Derby. Helpful staff however, 1 staff at the till was quite aloof & had this sassy attitude to me & i knew & felt it even before i approached her

5 stars purely for your colleague Matthew(?) who served me and my friends on the tills. Since we've all worked in retail we can say we fully understand you Matt. You were an icon, keep on going bro ?? you made a lasting impression on us for the rest of our day and we loved it ?

A good place to shop quickly. The collection is average and the place is crowded if you go in peak hours. The billing line is really long during the day. Choose a correct time to shop and you should be good.

Found exactly what I was looking for with relatively little effort. Unlike a lot of other stores, this one seemed to actually have a men's section bigger than 5x5ft. Very fair prices as always

Staff slow and rude.
Absolutely not signal in there at all and the WiFi doesn?t work either. Quite embarrassing for a ? city? tbf.
I walked out and left my entire basket as there was no signal to access my banking app.

All the time i do shopping from there. They have variety of things also affortable. Had good experience with them. But on this monday 17th of march i do shopping like 106£ something when i went to the till to pay there is an old lady with glasses was very rude and talk very harshly. She scan all of my items and told me to pay 106.5£. I didnt check my cash and give her 120£ instead of £110 and she count and she knows. But after giving me receipt she gave me £3.15 rest £10 pound she hide from me in her wrist and left the till to keep it somewhere. I was getting late from breaking my fasting only 5 minutes left i have to come downstairs to buy something to open my fasting in time so i left it immediatly and went outside. I knows everything what she does. My request to managment please check your cameras and do someaction fire that lady from job because she can do with other customers also.
