As soon as we had sat down at our prebooked table, we were told that we had to be done by 7, not a great greeting and they won?t split the bill , between groups.
Food was ok, nothing to rave about given the price. And be aware of the 10% service charge slipped in at the end. My bad for not noticing it?

Took two friends for lunch yesterday as a treat one a retirement gift, I had Saltimboca Chicken, the chicken was quite rubbery, sauce more chicken gravy than white wine & cream, friend had carbanara no parmesan was offered, other meal an ok pizza. One desert has hair on it but advised staff and deducted off bill, I asked for service charge to be removed as dissapointed with the meal. I have eaten here a few times and it was always lovely but very dissapointing this time, the bill was over £90 and I feel it wasn't worth the money.

We went in on Saturday night but we were declined a table as they weren't accepting walk ins. Went outside and booked a table for 9pm, upon arrival we were told they wouldn't honour the booking as the kitchen was closing..... at 9pm on a Saturday. Plenty of empty tables, we took our custom elsewhere

Absolutely amazing. From the staff to seating us, to receiving our food. Coming out in Xmas rush hour on a Saturday, carnage till we came here! Relaxing, comfortable, and the food was emmence. Service was incredible and I can't fault anything. Top marks to the Chefs/Managers/Servers. See you again soon ??

A shocking meal yesterday.
Firstly it was cold, the lady asked if we would like it heating up ?
Our food came back, still not steaming hot but better than it was.
The food was bland & tasteless, when we mentioned this to the lady she smirked & said that was what salt & pepper are for.
We were offered free deserts but declined.
I won?t be going again & definitely would not recommend

Had a lunch in Prezzo today, everything was so good, from the food, to the staff, to the service.
Highly recommend.
The Pinsa is really worth a try.

Prezzo is a great place to eat for pre theatre. I love the Veggie Bolognese and always leave room for a dessert -check out the lemon meringue tart. Definitely one of your 5 a day!

Well thank goodness we got a discount voucher because I wouldn't have been happy otherwise.
We were seated fairly promptly and given good amount of time to peruse the menu.
Drinks and starters came out fairly quickly.
The place started filling up and getting a nice atmosphere of people chatting.
The mains were decent enough. Nicely presented. The child didn't enjoy hers as it was rather bland.
It took a good half hour before our plates were collected. Another half hour and the child's icecream hadn't arrived so finally managed to grab a staffs attention and ask for it and she said she would fetch it right away.
Another half hour later and the child's dessert had still not arrived.
We put in a complaint and asked to cancel it.
The child's dinner was removed from our bill and we were able to use our 25% off discount.
So it was just over £50 for 3 adult mains, a starter that we shared and 4 drinks.
I asked if they were understaffed and was told that there was many new staff. It was mayhem and I actually felt a bit sorry for the lady who seemed to be the supervisor.
The food was OK but not exemplary, so won't be a place I would recommend or revisit even with a voucher. When there are so many other places to choose from, the competition is hard, and I just feel this place wasn't up to standard.
Vegetarian options: There was a few veggie options but not much in the way of vegan options.
Kid-friendliness: They participated in the kids eat free scheme.

We came here since I could get 25% student discount- even on a Saturday! Sadly, I didn?t find the Sea Bass with Gnocchi to be very filling, and the saffron butter lobster bisque was barely apparent.

Brilliant place to eat! The waiter was extremely helpful and nice, thank you, George! They have a large range of gluten and dairy free dishes! I had a really delicious Caltzone! Five stars ?
