I really love this place!! The staff is always friendly and helpful,the food is always fresh and so tasty!! I have tried almost everything all these years,today I tried the New Yorker Rye Roll !! Omg mouth watering,just delicious!! Definitely recommend Pret anytime!!!

I?ve visited Pret A Manger on Nottingham High Street four times now, and I can?t praise the customer service enough! The staff, especially Nikolett and Silvia, have consistently been amazing?so friendly and welcoming every time. Their genuine interactions make each visit a delight. Thank you all for making me feel so at home! Highly recommend!

Yesterday, i was served by an amazing member of staff named katrina. She was amazing and served me and my mum with a bright, lovely smile.I did request a question about a nut allergy, and she was really careful and helpful with all the details.
She also mentioned that a family member had a nut allergy where she's really concerned about it how life-threatening can be.
I'm very happy that she understood my predicament,where it makes me feel safe.
Definitely I be back again in the future
