Good hotel, friendly staff, plenty of parking and has a beef eater on site for food. The rooms were nice enough however be aware the hotel layout can catch you out, there are 2 main sets of stairs to get to different rooms. The first set covers say rooms 200-239 and the second set covers 240-270 and there is also a separate building for higher numbers rooms. It caught me out at first but once you understand it it's easy enough.

Although I could see the hotel, my sat nav couldn't get me there. Room was nice & clean, bedding too. Temperature was good and could be altered to my taste if necessary. Water was red hot which was wondetful.

Lovely but I'm a Dometic Cleaner and our room wasn't Vacumed how I would do it.Food & drinks: We had the Meal deal was good.

Lovely room. Staff was very polite and helpful sorted out my booking with Premier at Hucknall that was sold to Greenking inns back in March. Head office confirmed my booking yesterday at Hucknall which is nolonger Premier. Well done Phoenix park reception staff.Rooms: Good sized room very quiet good night's sleep.Food & drinks: Good choice for breakfast. Evening meal Beefeater good service nice steak and chips, good pin6of Doom bar.

Not stayed here yet but as a regular user of the Premier inn chain I know a good night sleep is guaranteed.I'd like to praise the staff who I spoke to on the phone today, a lovely, extremely helpful lady named Tina. Tina went above and beyond to reschedule my stay due to a course being cancelled.Thank you Tina!

Great experience with modern design rooms. Very quiet rooms with free parking. The location is perfect nearby train station and buses. 10 minutes drive from all restaurants and bars. Only issue is the free WiFi very weak signal. The second Wi-Fi they have cost £5 a day or £15 for a week which is too much. Overall, good

Good premier inn, with ample parking, minutes away from the M1 motorway and right next to Phoenix Park Tram stop. Friendly staff and also very quiet at night even though it's on a busy main road. I'd stay again.

After being on the road for 5hr all we wanted was a shower and go to bed. We arrived here just before 11pm on Friday night. Welcomed in and checked in quickly. We have stayed in many premier Inns so we know how it works.We went to the room and very quickly realised that there were only towels for 1 person. I had to call the receptionist to bring another not what we needed when you are very tired.I noticed that part of the shower and towel rack are rusty and cracks in the ceiling.Finally getting into bed and the pillow felt flat like a pancake (for me anyway) the alternative in the cupboard was no better. The room above us has very squeaky floor boards. Every time the occupants in that room were walking around we could here it. They woke us up at 2:30, 5:30 and then again at 6:30. It was like they were walking a marathon in the room (not walking quietly either). When we checked out the receptionist told us that we were the 5th room to complain about it. It was only then that we were told that they had some cheerleaders staying. We were also made aware that it is one of the longest standing inn's at Nottingham. I will say last year we stayed in Nottingham South and that was nicer. When we were in the lift, I also noticed that the buttons had sellotape on to keep them in place. I think some much needed money needs to be spent at this site.In terms of a good night's sleep well that we didn't have. Not coming back here again.
