Fantastic two floor shop with a huge range of home, clothing and all what you need for your home. Home decor and household on basement as well as the clothing, and of course don't forget the snacks and food section as well as the toiletries where is full of bargains.

Katelyn (not sure if that is the correct spelling) was a wonderful help helping me find something as simple as teaspoons! She offered to show me, took me to where it was and asked if there was anything else. It may seem simple, but she was very kind and seemed to genuinely care about helping me out. God bless.

Highly convenient and great range of products. The minority of staff who are doing their best and whom have helped me when struggling, thank you very much to you, I fully appreciate it!
Only let down is some of the staff's attitudes and treatment towards people outside of their little bubble which encourages an unfriendly and unwelcoming atmosphere. One lady was hostile towards me and didn't treat me nicely at all; not nice at all for anyone to be treated no matter where they come from (unacceptable behaviour!)

This is a large and decent store, clean, tidy and lots of stock. Two floors, with homeware and clothing downstairs. There is also a customer lift.

Very poor quality of service in the shop shop staff to busy talking while shop lifters and children have a field day stealing just open up the tills instead of Hurd I?d customers like cattle

Well laid out but crowded and busy like you'd expect, staff seem friendly but some of the security are dicks that have twice accused me of shoplifting, one even broke the law by trying to go through my pockets, I'M NO THIEF and for this reason I rarely if ever bother with it..
