The women that was doing the electric key, returning parcels and etc. She was eating while helping customers out, she kept on being nonsey to the male who was working there as well, she doesn't have any respect to him and the service was very slow. There was only 1 working while they was a queue for the post office part on the left hand side.Service needs to be abit quicker if ppl need to do other stuff done.

Sadly I don't have any any choice, if l did i certainly would go elsewhere. , rude is just one way to describe the staff,the who shop reassembled a jumble sale, untidy and dirty.

I went to this Post Office to drop off some parcels but I was told they were too large and they wouldn't accept them. A Post Office that won't accept parcels, ridiculous!

40 years a resident. It should be a hub of the community but it's current owners continue to demonstrate they have little or no respect for their customers. Beware what you take to the counter, there's a good chance you'll be leaving it there

It is a very busy place at times but in my experience staff have always been polite and helpful. It is mind boggling the things that people complain about. Yes it can be busy and you have to queue, if this is a problem choose quieter times and you don't need a PhD to figure out the queuing system. I am sure if the staff could review the attitude and behaviour of some of their customers they would be lucky to score a single star.

They desperately need to open another post office lane! Especially at peak times.There is only ever 1 person dealing with parcels, even though there is room for another till (which is not being used). This person is often overwhelmed with customers and very busy.Very slow service. Every time I go in, there is always a massive queue. This takes up a lot of space in the shop, getting in the way of people browsing. Wait times are very long.If no one else knows how to do the parcels, they need to train someone up. Please make the service more efficient. Currently, going to the post office is a headache.

This post office has become appalling. Before the current occupants took over it ran efficiently and had the 2 ladies who ran the post office side of it. They sat in the little area to the left and you knew where to go as soon as you walked in. Now that has gone, there's one person dealing with PO issues at the main counter and that's not always a pleasant experience. People don't know which aisle to walk down when they come in. Also I have to comment on the look of the place. It's turned into a tip, stuff all over the place. It's hazardous at times to walk in there, as soon as you go through the door there's display stands either side of the door. Every bit of floor space they can put something they have. I started using the PO at Waitrose on Trowell Road, now that has gone I'll be looking elsewhere. I would give no stars if possible. What a shame to see the efficiently run PO it used to be now turned into a dump. Who do we complain to?

Women are extremely rude and intimidating. They talk down to you and do NOT make you feel welcome. They talk in their own language very quietly- no doubt talking about customers. Humiliated me in front of other customers for something that was their fault. Appalling service! No wonder you have 1.9 stars. Disgusting

Shocking place don?t go there they charge double to any other post office there is one not to far away on trowel road inside the shop much more friendly and a lot cheaper bramcote lane post office is awful since being took over used to be the best and friendliest aroun with the old owners AVOID at all costs

Very dissatisfied with this post office. They automatically charge first class postage unless you specially state second class. I wonder how many vulnerable customers forget to specifically state second class unaware the post office's default is first class rather than clarifying with the customer.
