As my local post office I have visited on many occasions over the last few years. My experience during the majority of visits has been very poor due to the rude and unfriendly attitude of one particular member of staff. I have also witnessed this staff member being rude to other staff members as well as customers.

I have never left a bad review in my life but the attitude of the blonde woman in this branch is appalling. She was speaking to the new lady ?allanah? I believe is her name, like absolute trash in front of me. Huffing at me for returning a parcel also ? she has done the same to my mum on many occasions. I?ve always been nothing but polite and she just constantly stares at me like I?ve dumped a pile of dog poo in front of her. I think someone should ask if she?s ok?

Whoever coined the phrase 'Blondes have more fun' clearly never visited Bingham Post office. I had the misfortune to be 'served' by the blonde haired assistant. She brings a whole new dimension to poor customer service. She clearly didn't wish to deal with my amazon return. Well, tough. That is something the Post Office offers, regardless of her view. The amount of huffing and muttering under her breath was staggering. Her poor attitude and lack of customer service means that her retirement can't come a moment too soon!

Royal mail have become a rip-off in the last few year?s! Cost of stamps have risen dramatically whilst the service has diminished considerably. For instance it?s cheaper to send an A5 bubble wrap envelope weighing less than 100grams costing a huge Royal Mail £3.60 cost via other providers saving around £1 in the process. Whilst loosing over £1,000,000 a day you would think they would start to be competitive. They will go bust in the coming year?s! Should never have been privatised. Walked out of local Bingham post office and saved myself time and effort by going online!

This is a very busy Post Office and the staff are constantly working under extreme pressure. For some people to specifically pick out people for criticism is vile and bullying. Must be great to be perfect.

Wow Is what I said to myself after leaving the post office today. 2 out of 3 of the women look and act miserable but the blonde haired one is an exception, rude is an understatement. Why work in a customer orientated job when she clearly can?t communicate in a nice way. Actually I don?t think she understands the word communication. She needs to work in a basement somewhere with no one else but her self importance!

I avoid going to this post office if I can. I have never received such disgusting customer service in my 40 years on this Earth. Echoing the other reviews there is one member of staff who is unbelievably rude and unpleasant who makes the whole experience awful, she treats you like a complete inconvenience. She clearly hates life and perhaps should not be in a customer facing role where she ruins everyone?s day.

I echo what most reviewers have written, it is a painful experience usuing this post office and everyone knows who the bad tempered unhelpful employee is. I ended up walking out without completeing my transaction because of her terrible attitude.

Lovely little post office, yes queues can be long, but soon diminish quickly. Staff appear very knowledgeable and are very helpful xx

There is usually a huge queue. There is one member of staff who is rude - never uses any manners and you feel like you're a complete inconvenience. It's funny because if you mention this to others in Bingham who use the post office, they know exactly which staff member you're describing as they think the same thing! I try to avoid going to her till but it can't always be avoided if she's the only one serving. She doesn't speak nicely to her colleagues either and this is in front of customers.

I avoid this post office unless absolutely necessary because it?s possibly one of the worst I?ve ever used. More often than not there is a queue out of the door and halfway down the street due to the poor layout of the office and the slow pace of service. Not only is the service slow but all but one of the staff members are dreadfully rude, unfriendly, unapproachable and unhelpful.If the owner just altered the layout slightly and trained the staff so they actually had some basic customer service skills then this post office would be fine, it really isn?t difficult to be welcoming and polite.

I had to wait for 20 minutes to post a letter. There are two counters, but only one person serving .... and 6 people in the queue. On top of that the Post Office seems incredibly bureaucratic, adding to time wasted in waiting. Why is the Bingham PO so bad?

Every time at the post office there?s only one member of staff and you have to wait at least 15/20 minutes. Always queue out of the door.

Not a great experience on two separate occasions due to one member of staff. Went away feeling very unhappy and never wanted to return, it is however convenient location for me, the place has a good selection of necessary items which is why I have given the place 2 stars.
