One man in their all smart and everything, dressed nicely, spoken nicely. Then the other clown in there looking like some derranged gorilla, who has now taken my return from Amazon, which while doing so was very confused, has refused to give me a receipt saying I would get an email instead. What kind of moron do the post office Hire. Now I have gotten an email after weeks and even tried contacting Amazon, but they said nothing can be done unless proof of return slip was provided. Now I am down £59, hate this place hate this company, no wonder competition is making them lose profit. It's very good for these scumbags.

Went yesterday to pick up a delivery that I had missed. Arrived at 5:35pm and the man inside had closed up. I told him that online it states they close at 6pm, and he just waved for me to look at the poster on the door that said 5:30pm. 2 other people were also trying to go in and mentioned that it stated 6pm online - which is wrong. I went today to pick it up before 5:30pm and I managed to. The man who served me was prompt, straightforward and helpful - thus the 3/5. I don?t think I?ll be using this post office in the future unfortunately. This is the second one I?ve had to negatively review in Nottingham!

If I could I would give 0 start ,I went to pay my April council tax and the Indian guy working there put a different amount from what my first payment should be I told him it was wrong is said is alright you can pay next time less I said to him I wanted to pay the exact amount it said on my council tax he got angry snapped the receipt and done I new one all the time I entered the post office until I left he was on the phone with somebody and I find that really rude all will be taking this further as first time been to this post office and never again I will put foot in it I wonder how many people he does charge them different amount

today it was 5.45 pm and the post office closed. today is wednesday and the post office should close at 6 pm.
