Good quality food but very poor service, we stood for ages at the door before being seated and during our stay saw people giving up and walking back out. In 2 visits now its taken ages to order our food but once done both times the food has been fresh and good. Frustrating.

If you have a good few hours spare to wait around for an above average pizza then this is the place for you. If you actually want to be served within 1.5 hours then please do not pick here. The staff must have some sort of neck issue as they all walk around staring at the floor avoiding customers. I mean I want to say it?s a tactic to make me spend more money on drinks but I?m two hours and 10 minutes in and I?ve finally managed to flag a staff member down to get a drink before I dehydrate. Please someone send help as I might be here for the next few days waiting to pay the bill.

We went to a birthday party here last night 13th September it was fantastic. Food was amazing, the whole process of making your own pizza so much fun and the staff member who was with us was outstanding!!!! Made everyone feel involved

Dark and dingy resteraunt, service is atrocious, incredibly slow and you'll be lucky if you see your server more than once. Food comes out at completley different times or they forget part of your order. £74 for 4 drinks, 2 adult pizzas, two kids pizzas and dough balls made me cry. Won't be going back and deffinalty wouldn't recommend.

Arrived and was told 45min wait for food despite restaurant being less than half full. Took 1hr 20 before food arrived.
Got the impression that take away orders were being prioritised.
There is a constant dull hum from the oven fans that reverberates through the whole restaurant that you can feel in your chest and have to talk over. Not a pleasant experience despite food being ok

This is my first time leaving a review and all I can say is don?t come here. My friend and I got here around 6:30 and were put on a table in the corner. The only issue with this table was that we were seemingly invisible to staff. It took staff half an hour to take our order and another 30 minutes for our starters. The free dough balls we got were nice. A member of staff offered to show us how to put the free dough balls into our bill then disappeared. Then it took another hour for our pizzas. The pizzas were good but not anything special. Once we?d finished it took another half an hour for us to ask for the bill. Once we got the bill we were shocked to see we were charged for the dough balls. Once we explained to the staff we managed to put them through and paid and finally left 2 and half hours later
