I understand these stores have low standards for animal care but 4 Syrians with no food, no dig space, 1 tiny wheel and no dark space is beyond disgusting. I came in to get some treats for my rescue hamster and left absolutely disgusted by the tiny tiny TINY cages you had FOUR HAMSTERS IN!

Just saw 4 Syrian hamsters in a tiny enclosure all together, one attempting to dig with barely enough bedding to even have their feet in it. Two attempting to run on a flying saucer together and one sleeping under it. I know pets at home are usually bad with the care for their animals but this is atrocious! Especially considering...

Visit every month to get supplies for the rabbits and my dog always a long wait at the till due to only having one staff member.
However today ( 24/08/25) it was evident why two young girls at the back of the store giggling like school girls in front of customers drinking a pink can of monster while their colleague was...
