Bad experience, I've been to the store several times to buy fish, the service is very unpleasant, I don't know if it's just me but I don't feel nice or friendly there, I always have to ask someone to buy fish and the reaction is always not very friendly

Always love coming here. The store is always clean and tidy and stocked up. Staff are always welcoming ready to help and give advice when you need it. Thank you to your member of staff Shannon for her advice on the paddywhack, ears and horns and helping me with the pick and mix . Hazel was very happy with her treats and says thank you.

Not the best shop. Brought my granddaughter 2 goldfish. 1 we no longer have after day 2 . In the tank next to the fish we chose was 2 fish no longer swimming i will put it. Strongly advised to buy lots of things by staff that are not necessarily needed

I went into the store for some advice on my friends dog who im looking after, for 2 weeks. Kelly was amazing with the advice taking the time out of a very busy day to ensure I got the knowledge on the food I required. Going as far to allow me to download the app for future buys with excellent bonuses. I was given a reciet to give said review but I did loose it sorry kelly, but thanks to you and Tara see you soon.

Mark and Kelly are amazing .their knowledge is outstanding.after numerous vet visits and no closure to my dogs problem decided to pay pets at home a visit.spoke with Mark who took his time and listened and gave us some things to try .After a little time my dog was in great shape and back to her normal self .we can't thank him enough just brilliant ? and if Mark isn't at work and we have a problem Kelly is our next favourite person to go to again very knowledgeable and takes time to listen .keep up the good work guys your awesome ?

The staff here are very friendly. Our dog LOVES going there to see the team, especially Mark. Would HIGHLY recommend the team here not only are they friendly they're incredibly knowledgeable
