I visited the castle Marina store today and I just wanted to say, I had amazing customer service from a staff member called Andie. She took me around the shop advising me on what my puppy needed. Andie didn't push me into buying stuff that I didn't need and the knowledge that Andie gave me was amazing! I just want to say thank you so much for helping me today! I didn't feel like Andie was just doing her job, it felt she really cared about what my puppy needed. Brilliant customer service!

As soon as we walked in , the male staff member rolled his eyes on us (6pm , the store is open till 8pm ) . At the arrival i explained to him that my son is autistic and apologised that he?s a bit hyper . After time spent to pick accessories for the fish tank , we were refused to buy a fish , that does not require filter , due to the lack of the filter that doesn?t need it . When asked about getting a filter , assistant refused again without us telling exact measurements of the tank . So my son had a meltdown and i?ve been met with more rolling eyes and attitude. Some people should not apply for the jobs that aren?t suited for them . If customer service isn?t their strongest but the weakest , then maybe they shouldn?t represent the company with such a ?welcoming ? attitude.

Had a better selection then my local one in leicester for the chewing products for all small animals pets and was quiet spacious
