Rudest staff I've ever encountered. Told me it was my fault for coming at the wrong time to pick up my parcel despite it saying online they closed at 11pm. Raised his voice with me in front of other customers. Supposedly sent back my parcel despite me having another day left to collect it. Terrible terrible customer service.
